Customers who have an allergy or intolerance to allergenic food ingredients should ask the staff to inform them in detail about all ingredients contained in our products
The list of substances and products in food, due to their allergenic effect, are included in the following 14 substances and products, ACCORDING to regulation (EU) 1169/2011 and the EFET circular 20303/22-12-2014
1. CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN
(e.g. wheat, barley, oats, rye, etc.) and products based on these types of grains
2. CARCINAUS
i.e. shellfish, e.g. shrimp, etc.
3. EGGS and egg-based products
4. FISH and fish products
5. PEANUTS
(i.e. peanuts) and peanut-based products
6. SOY and soy-based products
7. MILK and dairy products
(including lactose)
8. NUTS IN SHELL
(i.e. nuts such as almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts etc. and their products)
9. CELERY and products derived from celery
10. Mustard products obtained from it, e.g. B. Mustard
11. SESAME SEEDS and products derived from sesame
12. SULFUR DIOXIDE AND SULFUR COMPOUNDS
(preservative found in some foods, such as wine)
13. LUPINO (legume-like plant) and its products
